The initial consultation takes 30-45 minutes.

After booking your initial consultation, we will send you via email some information, including a medical history form to complete before your appointment, together with a text message containing a PIN code. Sometimes we also may send you an x-ray referral form. At your very first appointment, we will:

• Perform a full dental and orthodontic examination, including an assessment of your face, smile, and bite.
• Have a look at your diagnostic x-rays (if available) and go through any findings.
• We will take some digital photos of your face, smile, and teeth, it's easier to show you what we see than to explain you any findings.
• In certain circumstances we take a 3D digital scan, if you're proceeding with aligners of if we want to do a treatment simulation.
• We will discuss with you all your options, we explain pros and cons, you'll get to see an touch the available appliances and we explain the most suitable ones.
• We will go through treatment costs and we list the inclusions.
• We explain you how treatment plans work.
